Hmm , does dragging a woman that is over 50 over a man helps with the parenting? Cause i tried doing that but it seems like as though it didn't increase at all..

Hi xiaolis - it can help if it's with the right man; it's actually a good way to increase the skills and many use it. You can also drag adults onto children which causes the adults to teach the children by "telling stories."

They'll run to the amphitheater to do it, so be sure and let them go and finish so the adult gets the increase in skills.

After the adult is finished, wash, rinse, and repeat!

After 50 a female can't bear children, but it should still increase her parenting skills. *** Highlight *** the rest.. You have to DROP her onto the man till you hear them kiss.

I tried on another villager and the parenting did increase, but only on one female village though they wrote parenting increase or something like that ..

Only the one who kiss another will have his/her parenting skills increasing.

So if you want to increase the male villager's parenting skill, you have to drop him on an appropriate female villager (age 18-50). If all your potential moms are nursing, then the only way to increase his skill is to have him 'tell stories'.

that's right except that you may drop your male on a female who is 50 and more, his skills will increase too and you'll not have kids (it could be better)
You may do that a lot of time, as soon as you hear the kiss! We call it "speed kissing"!

i tried the 'speed kissing' xD and it help to increase from 0 parenting to adept so fast ! but then it kinda stopped at adept =( does it take longer to increase the skill from adept to master? i even measure the bar with ruler everytime they kiss but its not increasing !

I think it does take longer to go from adept to master as it does from trainee to adept - the villager doesn't always gain skill each time they are successful, so they need to work a little harder to keep increasing the bar.

(I don't know how it works officially, but it reminds me of some RPG games - in those games, your chance at being successful with a skill is a percentage. Your chance of gaining skill, if you are successful, is equal to 100-your skill. When you have a low skill, there is a good chance you will gain more. When you have a higher skill, there's a lower chance you will gain.)

If I remember right, it takes about 300-400 successful kisses to master an untrained parent (yes, I did really count it while I was going for JOAT ). But with quick hands it just means a couple of minutes at most.

Okay I just did quick kissing far away from the hut and on the 4th kiss I had a baby without visiting the love hut!!!

Yeah, I usually don't let them to go to the hut (esp. not guys, they go back to work). Sometimes esteemed elders: 'Ok, you worked so hard and deserved a little fun', or chief: 'Ok guys, don't stop pushing that statue; your chief has a little stg to do, and will be right back', or some other occasions :'He's a runner, he already worked twice as much of you, and will be back to work before you catch that fish', or just 'ok, ok, for this once, just don't look at me that way!'
