I always pause my game, before going to bed or going anywhere else. But knowing that the collectibles still appear and reappear, even if it's paused, really unnerves me. That means the game has to be played CONSTANTLY, no stopping, no time for sleep, etc, to MAKE SURE you catch EVERYTHING. Scary thought.

Though I did experienced that once with vv1, for two days I didn't sleep, on the third day I set up my alarm clock (even though the game was paused) to return back to the game as soon as possible
