What are all of them? I seem to have gotten the bath, the leave clearing i am working on, and the first 3 i understand. But how do I get the rest of them? Like what do I have to do first?

Most of the puzzles are dependent on Tech purchases, villager skills, and other puzzles. You can find out a lot by reading the descriptions of the various techs on the Tech screen. If you want to know all of the answers right now, you can check the Official VV3 Guide.
