I need help please someone.. I have my chief and she's been directing work very good.. but now my beautiful builders are moving the staute and they are all the way at the top almost finishing the statue.. but my chief is not directing.. i put her there.. and she does other stuff.. like "proud of tribe"....."thinking"...."inspecting food".. Please help me get my chief to direct again.

Well, the only things I can think of are: have you updated your game to 1.00.04?, if a villager is sick the chief will stop directing work to be concerned about the sick or if a chief is nursing they will not stay on task. Could any of these apply?

no everyone is feeling good and happy,.. and she is not nursing..

You may not be putting her in the right "hot spot". As the statue moves up, the "spot" changes. Try dropping the chief on the ramp.
