How long does it take for the statue puzzle to be completed? Mine still says over 100 hours and my only builders are getting old lol. I've finished everything else that requires building, so I can't get any new builders. :S I only have two pushing, the third one died of old age lol.

You can create new builders by making them fix huts, it takes patience and lots of guidance, but eventually they get to trainee status and you can put them to work on the statue.

Also, there is (highlight spoiler) a potion that causes the villagers to exercise and may improve building skills.
