How do you plant second and third tree? Or can you even plant more than one tree?

Yes, look in the guide and it expains how. It will take some time as some advanced skills are needed.

Yes you can plant more, but you need to finish a puzzle, you know the one were you found your 1st bit of fruit, (start high light THE LIFT end high light.) \:\)
