When the drum is clicked repeatdly, all the children gather and it says "children going to school" what is it that they are doing? Are they learning about what you have set them up for on the details screen?

I dont get the point.

It doesn't really have a point. it's just something they do. They don't learn any skill for their prefernces or anything.

I use the school to gather the children together when i want them to pick multiple mushrooms. Since the mushroom disappears fast it helps to have all the kids in one place and not moving \:D

I don't get the point.

The drum is NOT for show, it summons the children to school.. and the children do learn. The skill they learn will eventually show up on their status bar. It does take time though.
