I found this too. The most kids that I ever got onto one item in time is 4, but most of the time you only have time for 2 kids. They do LOVE to run!

This also works for mushrooms.

i haven't bought VV3 yet but I did this with VV2. I thought it was a glitch in my game. lol...the most i got was 27 kids (i paused it). I put all my kids on the item and all but two would carry them off. it also worked with mushrooms for me.

I could never get more than one kid at a time to work in VV2, but VV1 it worked for me on the mushrooms, I think I got about 25 kids all on one of the higher count mushrooms one time.
I'll have to try and see if I can get it to work in VV3 now, I figured it wasn't possible since they fixed that in VV2.

YAY! -- I tried it a few times and it does work but you have to be really fast to get more than 2 kids. Be careful that you don't drop the first kid ON the item accidentally if you've paused, it won't work it that case.

I usually pause when I find a collectible, then drag 4 kids (if available) close to it. Once I have them there I place one on the collectible while paused, then pick up the second kid, pump the spacebar twice quickly to repause, drop the kid, pick up a third, pump twice quickly, drop, and if I'm lucky, pick up the 4th, unpause and drop quickly. 6000 Tech points in a hurry!

Most times I only get 3 tho

see, i just pause it and grab all the kids and place them on the item. I make sure I see "collecting item for scienctist" and then i unpause. it works great for me. i always get all but two to pick it up.

That's how it works in VV2, but it will not work that way in VV3.

uh hmmm, it is working on my vv3 i can get 2 kids to pick up the collectibles - not always but a lot of the time

That's strange High Light start: The only way I know how is to find is to pause the game, find three children, drop one on the collectible, unpause quickly drop a second child on then pause as fast as you can, pick the third child up and unpause and drop the child quick and you might get three or only two items. it's good at the start for mushrooms and points. END.

sssh we have to be very very quiet, they might take it away and my tribe really really needs those tech points
