I have version 100.03 which i'm told is faulty. I already bought it so do i have to buy the newer 100.04 version?? Also, where would I find it?

Open VV3, look at the bottom of the screen.

i downloaded it but it still says i have version 1.00.03

Did you install it after you downloaded it? And, no, you don't have to buy VV3 again. Just reenter your name and activation code.

no it didn't give me an install option it just said hit finsh and that was it. can i go back in and download it

I don't know about you, kika, but I had 1.00.04 download to my desktop. Then, I double-clicked on the VV3Setup_v10004 icon to install it. Check whereever you have your files download to for the icon so you can install v1.00.04.

i followed the process but it didn't ask to download it just ran the program, asked me to hit finised and then flashed a box with text saying what improvements were made. i don't remember my activation code
