I tried doing a search before I posted but couldn't find anything about this. I've completed all the puzzles but for some reason in the "Puzzles Window" it says for puzzle 16 "This milestone has not been completed." I know it's been completed. I put the sundial where it was supposed to go and I got the little ghosts and heard their story. I actually listened to their story three times and the puzzle still isn't being shown that it's completed.

If you have v1.00.03 or earlier, you need to download the latest update. Click on the picture of VV3 at the top left of the forum page for details on how to get the update.

All it did was download a demo version for the Mac.

There are two links in that post - one for Windows and one for Mac. Make sure you click the correct one.

I did click on the correct one. I use a Mac so I clicked on a the mac version and it downloaded the demo for the Mac.

Oh, I'm sorry. I guess I assumed that you needed the Windows version. The instructions for getting an update for a purchased Mac version are in Arthur's post here.
