If I use the chief to heal peeps, will he do it on his own if his healing bar gets full enough?

yes he/she will unless u have any other master doctors, i also use the children to do this task as it helps you have a master b4 they r 18

The chief does not heal villagers on his own as far as I know. I think one of the LDW people posted about this... I'll go look for that post.
