I have gotten twins many times, but no triplets. I just think fertility potions give you a better chance of getting a baby.
You'll get triplets eventually.

I have had two sets of triplets and two sets of twins. No clue how. Just a fertile tribe I suppose. Both sets of triplets were identical girls. So cute!
