I have a 7yr chief and he collects firewood. I thought they couldn't work?

Gathering firewood and starting the fire seems to be something chiefs can do regardless of age. I love it when I have a child chief because they run so fast doing it!

My chief is a 22 year old mother. Her baby just turned two and was running around when I drug the mother to the cape. I can't get her to do anything but direct work, which she seems to be terrible at lol.

I also have a 6yr old chief, one minute he's directing the builders, the next he's picking up mushrooms; so cute :).

I particularly love it when the child chief goes to play in dirt!

I have my child chief healing, getting firewood, picking up collectibles and mushrooms, and harrassing one guy into doing what I want him to. (Idiot only wants to farm, but it is not listed on his likes. He may be an elder yet.)
