So is it still possible to get triplets after purchasing l3 of Medicine or is there a new way of increasing the chance of getting them? I saw a potion that says it will make a villager fertile. Is that supposed to increase the chance of triplets/twins or something? Or just increase the chance of having a baby?

*shrug* From my experience, it just increases the chance of having a baby. I was unable to make triplets or twins from the fertility potions. I got two sets of triplets and two sets of twins without using any potions or doing anything special.

You all are lucky. I think this is the fist time ever playing any of the VV games that I haven't gotten twins or triplets!

i have gotten 2 sets of trips on one village and none on the other
it is just random

Well, I got triplets with lvl 3 medicine. So I think that's al it takes.
