What a fun game! finally got the statue problem solved the other day, and blew through the rest of the puzzles ... yes, I'm a "weiner", LOL

one question .. if you drag a villager up over the tree on the cliff in the mid-upper right hand corner of the screen, you get a message saying "[villager name] sees fruit in a tree, up high" ... I would love to get that fruit ... is there a way to do it? seems like since it's noted, there should be a trick ...
tia!

Well, did you solve the lift puzzle and the orchard puzzle? The lift was how you got the fruit out of the tree.

I wondered the same thing but it seems as those that red/blue fruit is just pretty artwork, and doesn't represent another type of seed. I do wish that we could have had more trees in the orchard. It seems like at least two more trees could have fit in that space. Still, I'm thrilled we got a lovely orchard in this game instead of another boring farm crop, and I'm selfishly hoping the next game will have a pretty orchard too!

I think it's just a hint that there's something worth investigating there as an aid to solving the puzzles. Obviously, it's redundant once you've solved the puzzles. As Tralah says, the the red/blue fruit (or is it blossom?) is pretty artwork.
