i sure this may have been answered else where but.... what else can i do to get at least 1 master builder? i'm trying to get the pearl, but they keep wandering away from fixing huts. i think i read about something they could do in alchemy????

Check out the alchemy lists in the VV3 Guides. You'll see something there that will help give your villagers building skill.
