I did and do all of that. lol

I only have the one tribe and I keep it open, and I did install the new one after uninstalling the old and reinstalling with the new. Saved my saved games, and all of it.

All my Chief wants to do is inspect the food and think. I CAN get him to gather herbs, but only if I drop him in the wrong place on the statue to get him to actually do some work. lol

I WILL say, this is the laziest Chief I have had of the 3 that have been in this tribe, others dying of old age.. lol

They are working again.... woohoo. I did what Angel suggested in the other thread and put the Chief in the middle of the path and he went back to work and the Builders are back at it as well.
