All of my kids have been boys is this normal or do I need to do something special to get a girl?

I have lost 2 VV1 tribes and 1 VV2 tribe to this phenomenon. All I can suggest is to keep trying, and hope for the best. As in real life, some of the villager women seem prone to having boys. I would suggest mating different men with your women to see if that helps.

As soon as my chief was old enough I made him father of many children and they come our 50/50. Hope that helps

Oh, something like that hppen to me. my master parent only had boys, and their was two other elderly women. finally, her last child was a girl
