I had a boy working on building since he turned 14. He is adept, and almost master but his skill is not moving anymore. It has not moved in over 3 hours (I am mesuring it with a ruler) \:\( does anyone else have this problem or is there some reason why the leaves cannot get a pre 18 to master, he is 16 now

It just takes a while to go the last two steps from adept to master. I got mine from a farmer. I started her right off the bat as a farmer and she reached master at age 17. Just hang in there. \:\)

You can see an explanation of how a villager progresses to master in this post.
