Hi all. I love VV3 (& VV1 & 2) but can't figure out how to get my peeps to actually pick the berries. I have level 2 of Magic and even a few Master Farmers and Esteemed Elders and a Chief and they all "see" the berry bush but I can't get anyone to actually pick the berries. What am I not doing? Also, I have three trees in my orchard and the beehive but it seems like it takes such a long time for the fruit/honey to replenish. I like the earlier versions which told you how much longer until the next crop was available - maybe this can be re-introduced. I guess if I had chosen the Nature faction they fruit/honey would have replenished quicker (maybe next time). Does anyone know if the fruit replenishes even if there is unpicked fruit on the tree? Also, if you pick the fruit off all but one tree, will the fruit replenish on the other two trees? I'm just curious? Thanks -- this game rocks and please don't think any of this is a criticism. They don't pick the berries. They're used in a potion. Try using them in one! No, once you pick all the fruit off one tree, the others are not replenished. You will have to wait.

Thanks. This is a dumb question but how do I use berries in a potion if I can't pick them?

Drop a villager (not a nursing mum) on the berries, and let them gather the berries. Children can gather herbs too.

Never mind - I didn't realize my villagers were picking the berries -- thought it was a flower! lol Thanks again
