Hello,

Apologise if this has been posted before, but I couldn't find anything like it.

My adept builders don't become master builders even though they keep working on building projects - huts etc.

I'm still quite early on in the game, but when it says they have improved in construction, checking the details shows they have not!

Am I doing something wrong?
