I had a baby chief my 3rd Chief on my first game and she had no skills. She was about 8 when she became chief. When I checked the game just now she's almost a Master Scientist. Wonder how that happened?? I've only had female chiefs on my first game.

I think she gets her skills directing work.

I have 2 yr old chief XD

I have had a lot of young chiefs.

oh, i just got a three year old chief.
