my tribe is gone...

I had it on at work today - nearly had my bath finished n all. got home - turned the computer on - started the game - and they were gone - no tribe - no nothing

Oh, I'm so sorry. I know how bad you must feel. That happened to me when I was playing VV2 and I almost starved my first tribe in VV3 cause I left it on slow the first night I had it. I wanted tech points, but awoke to find them with no food -- took six hours on Saturday before they had food again, well besides some mushrooms. I was so worried about them. Anyway, my condolences cause I do understand it makes you feel bad.

Did the tribe literally disappear? You may be able to recover it - mine disappeared from the save slot!

If this is the case, I'll go look for the link to instructions on how to fix it. Are you playing VV3?

edit: I re-read your post and it actually sounds like your villagers died but if the tribe save slot literally doesn't exist as though you never created then, check out this page

what has happened is that the game is being saved on two different servers so I wont see my villagers til monday - hope they survive
