Here are some interesting ones I got:

a. 3 tiger lillies: "Oh what a fun potion!" The adult villager started acting like kids, ran around looking for mushrooms. (I should've tried it on a kid)

b. Lotus, tiger lily, cactus: causes hunger

c. Berry, cactus, cactus: villager became freezing cold!

d. Rose, tiger lily, lotus: villager became woozy.
