Sorry if this is already posted, but I have read how to get the key, just it doesnt work for me

I have let the fire run 5 cycles on fast speed but the diamond never shows.

Does anyone know how long it takes?

you have to get water from the waterfall first and put it on the fire

My fire got out many, many times, and no diamond. And then there it was ....... After I saw the diamond, I had the villagers drop water on it.
Hope your diamond will turn up soon.

You have to wait for 60 hours game time for it to show up which since you said you waited 5 times the fire time which is 10 hours that is only 50 hours you need ten hours more then it will show up by itself. Hope this helps if not go into the guide section they have tips and the solution to all the puzzles.
