I won't list them for you, for I think that would take away the fun. Many of the potions have "interesting" outcomes when your villagers try them. Just experiment with them and you might find a few of them very helpful.

They are similar to the stews in VV2.

There are potion lists in the Guides section of the forums.

There is already a very extensive sticky thread that lists potions, too. I'm locking this one.
