How on earth do I produce a Doctor?...none of my villagers fall sick so can't increase healing skill.

Mind you if they don't fall sick maybe I don't need a doctor. BG

Level 2 Med and you can teach a villager to become a doc, as you need one or more

I love the way that doctors can be relatively quickly trained in VV3. I just turned on the game and found a girl who was an adept doctor, almost a master, at 14. She's bound to be my first Child Prodigy in this game, about three years earlier than she needs. She had been used to heal my 'main' doctor when he was himself sick about ten Isola years earlier, so got one tiny notch of healing skills which she'd built on while the game was off. She's already got more skills than the original main doctor, who'd been doubling as a farmer.

FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER:
She's now a Master Doctor and has just turned 15. The Awards screen also shows a Child Prodigy!
