I have just crowned a new 9 year old chief. But, since he began, I have been unable to make him lecture children! Are children chief not able to teach the children? I can make him lecture by placing him on the podium, but it does not affect their skills. When I place him on top of a child, as worked with the past chief, nothing happens. Any thoughts? Thanks!

you are correct. Once your chief grows up he will be able to lecture children.

Yes, but only if your chief is an adult (age 18 or older).
