I've only had the opportunity to use my chief about 4 times I think, and running in Fast mode, the kids grow up before he can do too much.

It was just rather disappointing to get back to my computer this morning and literally see all but 1 of my 14-21 year-olds sitting around the fire...which was about 15 young adults. Most of them had either no skill at all, or one skill increment. For my tribe, there just doesn't seem to be any inclination among them to learn to work on their own.
