i just got to the statue puzzle. i had them draw the plans and dropped a builder on the path and the scaffolding is on top of the statue. but they will not work on it . the builders say a leader must be present and the chief says they need more leadership ???? i have dropped them allllll over the top of the path the middle the bottom on the fallen piece. they still wouldn't do anything and i already downloaded arthurs patch the day he posted it. i do have verison 1.00.03. HELP ! please !

do i need L3 in leadership before i do it ??
or L3 in nature ?

The message you got was that the chief needed more leadership. You might want to invest in that.

i got stature all the way to the top and thay wont work on it to finish what can i do to get them to start to work on it again
