I was playing with the fertility potion with an aging population, most are 30+ had a population boom with 2 sets of twins, 3 sets of trips and 3 single births. Total population of 54. Ive built everything and i have 3 master builders 4 adept builders and 2 trainee builders. IM trying to complete the statue puzzle and its taking ages. How can i train up some of my young adults as builders? Thanks!

When (Highlight for SPOILER) they make exercise, they gain some building skills, as in VV2!
And, as in VV2, there is some potions that make them exercise! Look at the guide!

You can train them by dropping them on a completed hut and they will start 'fixing' it. This is the same as in VV1 and VV2. If they are successful they will gain some building skill. Once they reach trainee level they can help out with pushing the statue.

Another way for villagers to gain building skills is by exercise; there is a potion you can use that will set them excercising.

This game is awesome! i love it. Now if i could just throw my lazy villagers to the sharks or something! LOL
