Is there any benefit in getting an Esteemed Elder in this game other than for the Jack of All Trades award? In VV2 you could get totems and it would be counted in your stats which was fun. I was sorry there wasn't something similar in this game though maybe it happens when you get a Jack of All Trades (I haven't yet).

It is very annoying when someone is an Esteemed Elder and you can't tell very easily if they have mastered their fourth skill yet.
