I have level 2 of leadership, what do I do to get the chief to teach a child? I've tried having the chief give a lecture, and I've tried dropping the chief on a child.

Drop the chief onto a child. If your chief *IS* a child, you have to wait for him/her to grow up.

I dropped the chief on a child and nothing happened. Then I tried it again, and I got this message "The chief can only do this once every 24 hours." Shouldn't the child have a new skill?

No. They educate your children. What that means is you drop your chief on to a child, and all the kiddies will run to the amphitheater where the chief will lecture them. It probably takes *several* of these lectures before the kiddies actually have viable skill.

ok, i DO have level 2 leadership, and my Child Chief is now 15. I still can't get her to educate the children. I've dropped her on all the kids.

I had that same problem; you have to wait til the chief is an adult (18 years old) and then it will work!
