Okay, this is odd... maybe a glitch/spoiler??

I have nature faction and accidently dropped a villager into the main tree that is above the lift... he went into the top and down out of sight (further back than those waiting out the storm). (Too many hours on VV3, my hands were numb) I heard grass-cutting noises and out he came holding a couple of flowers, there was a note, but I missed it so I dropped him back (and he dropped the flowers, of course) into the trees to get him to do it again and watch more closely. I've been dropping differently skilled villagers all over that area by the 1/4" at the time and it hasnt' happened again!

Any ideas what it could have been?? It's not the "standard 5" or the "special" plant, I know where all those are and this isn't it...

Thanks!!
deb

I just tried to mimic your actions and had no luck \:\( I'm sorry. Action line says "Nothing" then my guy wanders out. Maybe someone else can duplicate it.

The roses are growing very close to that area, underneath the pink jewel/key, it may be that he wound up there and got some roses.

Could be... he was nowhere near the roses, completely out of sight under the tree, possibly on the waters edge. Thanks for trying it out, maybe someone else will have the same and tell all! (smile)

That's really cool. You should try taking a screen shot showing where exactly you dropped your villager with an "x" and a shot of what your villager look like carrying the flower. I am curious to learn more about this phenomenon :). Maybe try making potions with the flower?

I couldn't get anyone to go into the tree (I went Magic but thought I would try) but I did have a child disappear into the fallen statue for several minutes. When she came out, she was tired, lay down for a bit then ate. No one else has done this and she won't do it again.
