I need the villagers to build the final hut. Could someone please tell me if Level 3 Restoration is needed? Also, does the bath need to be repaired first before the final hut can be built or not?

The hut doesn't depend upon anything but that last level of restoration tech.

Since several days it keeps telling me that there is no more room for villagers. I have 35 at the moment. Is this last hut needed to get a higher population? I hope I understood that right. A feedback is appreciated.

Yes. You need the last hut to get past 35. It takes forever to build.

Yes. I thought at 5pm last night it would be finished in 3 hrs but it was only half way at midnight last night. Finally finished it today after piling almost all villagers on it.
