I have read that other people were having issues with the statue problems that the patch fixed. I am having the same problems with my Mac version. The villagers get the statue most of the way up the hill and then abandon it and refuse to do anymore. My chief died, but I replaced him, so that is not the problem. I have tried dropping the villagers lower on the path. Nothing. I guess I am wondering if there is a Mac patch.

Dropping the villagers lower on the ramp is the only possibility now. The hotspot doesn't go all the way up. That will be fixed in the next update.

I will try dropping them lower on the path again. Maybe I just wasn't finding the exact spot. i'll let you know if it works or not.... Thanks.
