Many Pocket PC 2000 devices (earlier Ipaq and others) will say something like "unable to find the application or some of its components" when you click the game icon.

This is because these devices to not have "Gapi", the game library, built in as part of the OS.

All you have to do is drop a file called gx.dll into your device's Windows folder (use Activesync to browse to My Device->Windows, and drop it in).
