BAsicly i have emptied the bee hive for now and my plant seed is growing... Is there anything else i can do after my tree has fully grown to allow me to get more food?? I would like to make sure i heave a steady food source before increasing population and going for puzzles.

You have one tree growing but what if you could have more...

Does that mean i can have more than one tree?? So to get more food you need more than one tree? Which i guess u get more seeds when you fix the lift?

I have three trees after fixing the lift. However, it still isn't enough food. I have to figure out how to get more food. I have 17 villagers and I can't find out how to fish.
The trees do grow fruit on a regular basis but not quick enough.

The trees and honey will support only 10-12 villagers. Since you have 17, you will struggle with the food supply.

5 food and 1 hour till the tree grows any chance of survival?

Yes. I was in the same position. Your villagers can probably go maybe a year without food.

If you can keep making the Cactusx3 potion you can keep them just barely healthy enough to live.

I have learned now to keep my population as small as possible until the food situation is remedied (in ALL VV games). I would rather play slowly at first and then go crazy when survival isn't always stressing me out.
