no spoilers pls but im a bit stuck i think, i have lvl 2 in med science nature leadership and lvl 3 in restoration and alchemy i have cleared the rubble as well, do the loose stones need clearing or something and also the debris and broken table in the room of the alchemy room or are they just things the villagers see.
if someone could help id apperciate it ty.

can't help you with the loose stones but as for the table in the alchemy room . . . look for a few things scattered around the village

i hope this isnt a spoiler for you but the research room, table etc gets upgraded when you upgrade science tech

I figured that out (FINALLY! ) I was a bit confused at first, because in the screen shots Carla posted, it showed a villager with a broom "cleaning up." So I kept trying to drop villagers of different trades and skill levels on the "debris" to clean it. Then when I got L2 science, It made sense.

Hmm weird I have level 2 science and I still have some junk around my research table: bamboo & wood scraps and some black shiny stuff near the door (in both my tribes). Does the clean up happen automatically or do I have to do something? (If I have to do something pls don't tell- I'll figure it out). Just want to make sure it's not a _bug_ or something.

The "clean up" of the research room is both automatic and you have to do something.

The stones that were cleared away from the rubble area will help you solve another puzzle, cant go much further into detail on that as you requested no spoilers.

As for the run down look of both the alchamy room and the research room, you'll make those look pretty as you further yourself in the game, you will have to gain somethings first.
