Does anyone have an idea on what to do to solve this puzzle? I understand it has something to do w/ the key puzzles... I have no idea what to do w/ the sun dial? last Puzzle, I'm all out of idea's... anyone have a few?? Thank's... sleepless in Florida... LOL

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. I solved puzzle 16 but on the puzzle screen it does not show it. Is there anything I can do to make it show up on the puzzle screen?

same thing happening to a few of us, a glitch maybe? I don't get this? all that work, and the end is this?????????

It's not a glitch. You haven't done the right thing with the sun disk yet.

Lady?? Please! The Ghost's spoke the game ended??!! Even in the guide, it said turn the sun dial all the way to the left wait for the beam of sunlight, And All the Secrets will be revealed! That was # 16... the guide says nothing after that, it just ends!? So why do you say WE Didn't do something?? my game has ended... Finished?! their isent anything left to do... Your just vague enough to *^&% me off! Can't You Answer the Question with an answer that makes sense?? Then we might understand you?

I'm sorry, Kitten, but I like to give hints to help people solve things on their own, when possible. When people talk to me like you just did, I really get my feelings hurt. Perhaps someone else will help you.

hi I'm new to this forum but want to thank everyone for so much input was very helpful to me in many situations. My problem is I'm also stuck on puzzle 16. I have all my techs and my faction (nature) to level 3. I turned the sun dial to its position just as it said in the Guides Section, the ghosts appeared and I placed a villager there, then the short story was revealed but after it was done it didnt show up on the puzzle screen?? Is there more to this puzzle that I'm missing?

Wow, that was kinda harsh. Though I know you have put much time and effort into your game, I am quite sure Lady, et al is just as worked as anyone else. I believe she answered the question...it's not a glitch. And think about vague answers...why would she or others work for years to create a game just to give answers away in less than a week. I'm just grateful for the forums at all. They are way helpful if we continue to be nice to each other.

Sorry for the lecture...I just felt that was a bit off base to someone who has been so helpful and dedicated to the forums and games.

You probably just need to mess around with the sun disk some more. We are reviewing how this puzzle works, since people are having trouble completing it.

kitten, that was extremely rude. and the last person you should be rude to here is lady. or carla and arthur for that matter.

if it won't solve the way you read that it should, maybe you should use your own brain, play with it some more, and figure it out. or ask nicely if many people are having this issue, and again if it is maybe a glitch, or if it could possibly be different in people's games.

as for the way you spoke to lady, and have spoken to a couple of others here, i for one am done trying to answer any of your questions. frustration is understandable, but pure rudeness is unexcusable in my book.

the puzzle it worked for me but i told another in a message what i did and she did it and it didnt work for her so maybe i just got lucky lol

Yes, that was me *sigh* lol maybe I'm just not getting it that happens a lot!! Lol I'm trying now with different levels of mastery, even parenting!

i have had the ghosts appear about 3 dozen times and read the story with every one of my 55 villagers that is not still a child - i dont know what else i need to do?!?! i am stuck!!!

Play with the sun disk when there's a sunbeam in the room.

Finally after about 8 hours and many many different things i finally got it. Thank you everyone that tried to help me. It was this last post from Lady that did it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

same thing happened to me? they say I didnt do the sundial right? the ghost's spoke, I thought that was Puzzle#16... But Lady TOLD me I am wrong! I didnt do the sundial right?? I dont get it? I've checked around, and for everyone else, that's all they had to do? But I've also read quite a few ppl say they completed #16 and it didn't open up on their Puzzle Grid. I asked if this was a glitch? thought I would get my head bit off, I was promptly told "You Didn't do the Sundial RIGHT!" So I can't get a straight answer, good luck with that! I feel for ya! all that work and the grid wont open, No Fair!

Kitten, I have no idea how old you are, but sitting on the forums and complaining about how mean people are to you isn't going to help you a bit. Studying the problem and attempting to figure out the solution will.

You are fast making a spectacle of yourself, but I'm afraid I can have no compassion for you. The way you've treated LadyCFII and some of the others on here makes me ill.

I haven't posted in quite some time but you take the cake. I really thought you were a child, your temper fits say that you are yet your profile seems to indicate differently. How does an adult justify acting this way is beyond me. You seem to think that if you ignore your behavior towards LadyCF and others, no one will remember. Posting on this board means that you are interacting with adults AND children, when will you unleash on one of them? So are you an adult or a kid? Will you take responsibility for your actions or not? I have 7 grandkids who are more respectful of those around them than you are.

I would ponder the reason LadyCF gave a better hint to someone else, someone who... oh, my! asked in a respectful, mannerly way. Grow up, it's a game that requires thinking, so perhaps you should start thinking.

Im having that probablem too. Maybe we should try using the chief. I dont know what else to do either.

I agree. She has helped allot with this game. Im having the same problem. I might get frustrated but I dont take it out on someone who has been very helpful. Shame on you.

Please could someone who figured out how to do Puzzle 16 give me any information on how to solve it that hasn't already been covered in the guide? Maybe PM me?

I tried the waiting for the beam of sunlight, listened to the ghosts' stories and then nothing happened. I used all Masters, Chief, a child (nothing happened with the child) and got the same result-->unsolved puzzle.

Nevermind. I just read Arthur's post on the workaround for v 1.00.3. It didn't show up in the Search I ran.
