I know that you put construction vilagers on a construction site they auto bulid it but how do you organize construction projects is it automatic like planed?

For some construction, when your population reaches the right level, the foundations will appear. For most of the others, you need the right levels of tech - so every time you buy some more tech, take a villager for a drag around the village and he'll tell you what he can see.
