This is the potion I combined and had both the female and the male
drink before going in to the hut

I was able to get triplets without a potion. Just had a male and female that were exp. parents and they had triplets! I've gotten three sets of triplets now and no twins? Maybe this game just doesn't have twins programmed in?

I used the potion and didn't get triplets or even twins. Oh well, just have to wait I guess. Probably need level 3 medical.

Me either. I used the potion several times and no triplets. Got twins without the potion. Still waiting for trips and I have all Tech.

I m getting Twins without any potions but no triplets yet. Hv all the tech at level 3 as well as fraction also at level 3. Any suggestions to get triplets?

I haven't done anything special and I have gotten 2 sets of twins and 2 sets of triplets. I don't think that there is anything to it other than luck.

It's possible only with the "reply", not with "quick reply". You must select the text you want to hide, then go to the button "A" (color some text) then choose the color yellow pale: color:#FFFFCC (inside [ and ]) selected text [/color] or white if you want that we can see there is something.

well it was my jack of all trades guy that had my triplets so maybe thats it.

For me it was just luck--one of my adept parents happened to get pregnant with triplets TWICE! With no potion or anything...so it might be the luck of the draw

I haven't had twins or triplets yet but my guess is that you have a higher chance with adept parents or master parents. Just a guess.

I just got a set of Triplets and then a set of twins with my Adept parent and Master scientists in the same day!!! lol

I just got TRIPLETS!!!! I'm sooooo happy! I really didn't do anything special but the most recent thing I did was buy level3 of medicine.

Yes, I think you have to get L3 medicine before twins or triplets start to appear. At least I've never seen any without that level.
