Can somebody help me, how do I start fixing the Alchemy Lab? , cause everytime I drop one of the villagers on any plant it's says the Alchemy Lab is in ruins...Thanx all

How skilled are they? Trainee scientists can't do much about the items, but maybe higher could...

Also, you might want to look harder, there are 2 more items you need.
