I have a master builder. I downloaded the patch for VV3. I am on level 2 of restoration. The builder will not attempt to repair the lift and when placed by the statue all it says is that she sees a fallen statue. Is there something I'm missing here? Also, while I'm at it, I hear people talking about 3 trees in an orchard, but I only have 1. Is this something you get later on, or am I once again 'missing something'? Thanks in advance for the help. I'm loving VV3 as much as I thought I would!

you should be able to plant more trees by now; take another look at the machine sitting the orchard. The master builder has to do something before the statue can be lifted, just as something had to be done before the bath was fixed...

The lift problem similar to a problem in VV2.

What tech do you need to repair the lift?

Repaired the lift--now what? Someone said something about it needing to be raining to make it work?

When it starts raining, place a villager on the lift. The rain will collect in the bucket, making the lift rise. Then the villager will retrieve a seed from the tree.

but HOW did you repair the lift? I've been trying forever...I'm not increasing my population very fast, because I don't want to run out of food, and because of that, I only have 2 scientists...I nursing at a time, one builder, and one of my scientists picking fruit from my one tree when food gets low...can anyone give a hint what is required to fix the lift?

You need more than one builder...and a certain tech level to repair the lift.
