It's Plimus, our e-commerce provider. Sigh...it is annoying. Every one has its problems, but Plimus does generally get it done without a lot of hassle. Give them an hour or two.

My transaction has been pending for almost 6 hours now, and there's been some weird stuff with phone calls to my house and no one answering when I tried to call back. Is that normal? Because it seems a little sketchy to me.

When I purchased VV3, my phone number was required, and shortly thereafter, I received an *automated* call asking me to approve the purchase. I did so. They called back again, and I hung up. They haven't called again.
I purchsed VV2 with bigfish abd will never use then again.I can't play VV2 anymore cause it claims my code is no good.I still have the E-Mail from them WITH my code.Thing I don't get is I wasn't on big fish site when ordered I thought I ordered from Here LDW
I had the same problem with plimus. They called I didnt answer since I didnt know the number and it was late at night. Got an email shortly after that saying they were unable to reach me and to follow the link to fill out a form for a better time to call. Filled it out and never did get a call but about half an hour later was approved
I paid via paypal then it was passed to plinus & I got the game downloaded my only problem was no code whick the guys here resolved very quickly. Thanks to Arthur, Carla & ladyCF11 who must have been harrassed with all the issues appearing in shoutbox & some of which were less than patient. Thanks again from one very satisfied customer. vv3 is A+++++++
