I collected four pots and things, is there more? What else should I do to get the alchemy lab out of ruins?

There are 5 things in total:
red and yellow pots, potion bowl, vase, and spear

It should appear when you've restored the lab.

Lying around like the pots. The locations of pots and the "spear" tool change from game to game. So yours would not probably be in the same place as mine, or Herbella's, and so on.

The spear is short. looks red, yellow and mine was across from the black orchid.

Can somebody help me, how do I start fixing the Alchemy Lab? , cause everytime I drop one of the villagers on any plant it's says the Alchemy Lab is in ruins...Thanx all

Have you noticed the various items around the island that look like they belong in the research area? Maybe if you tried to pick them up....

Thanxs Xay for answering so quickly...but have already done that..I have 2 vases and a bowl..I tryed dragging one of the villagers on them but nothing?

How skilled are they? Trainee scientists can't do much about the items, but maybe higher could...

Also, you might want to look harder, there are 2 more items you need.

ok I am going totally nuts here. I have found the pots & vase BUT for the life of me i can not find that spear. I have searched the whole island a hundred times (well dang close to it lol) & it is no wheres. I have an adept scientist does he have to be higher up before the spear appears or is it hidden in or behind something? tyvm for your help.

It's there. Have you tried quiting the game and opening it again to see if it changes hiding places?

They are in different places each game...I have a magic faction game and then the spear was by the lift and a nature faction game...then it was over by the rose plant...it looks like the spear in vv2....what they used to clear the thorny bushes and vines covering the walls with...hope this helps a bit...

It won't change hiding places once you have started a game. Some of the items blend in very well with the surroundings - especially that one.
