I did the trial and and tried all my villagers with the cape. The only one it fit on was a 3 year old little girl! She gives this sound that sounds like a cat meowing whenever you pick her up!

The cape only fit my 3 year old girl as well. Her name's Lava and she makes a similar noise. \:\)
