I did the trial and and tried all my villagers with the cape. The only one it fit on was a 3 year old little girl! She gives this sound that sounds like a cat meowing whenever you pick her up!

I got my chief on the first try. Shes aroun d 20 young but has leaves all over her hair. funny thing is he dislikes trees
