I've got all puzzles but the last one and I've completed all levels of tech. Problem: out of all 65 villagers, none of them have them have the requirements needed to achieve the last puzzles. What do I do? Should I give up and start a new one? could an even bring me a villager with the needed requirements?

Is there anything I can do to trigger an event (like the
island debris)?

The Island Events are random and there's nothing that you can do to trigger them. That's why being lucky helps!
