(SPOILER) In vv 1 after you have the Idol made, the ruins finished all your Fertility ,dont need all the medicine, but i believe you need all the other's, spirituality, farming etc. You have a pregnant girl and drop her in the Lagoon, and alas your Golden Child is born... from there he does his thing, unlocks some of the puzzles.
